It is about enabling and empowering everyone, everywhere – young and old, men, women and children, patients, community healthworkers, doctors to use digital tools for better prevention, diagnosis and care of heart-related conditions
Finally, in order to keep the heart healthy, we need to follow a healthy lifestyle, such as controlling food intake, reducing saturated fat, which reduces harmful cholesterol levels in the body, reducing the intake of foods and beverages that contain carbohydrates, such as soft drinks, eating heart-friendly foods such as vegetables and fruits, and regular exercise, which is essential for preventing heart disease.
